Hi art friends, I hope you are finding ways to stay active, whether it's running around in the backyard or having a dance party with a sibling in the living room. I have been taking walks and saw a birch tree. Most of the bark was peeling off, revealing new bark underneath. It reminded me of a snake shedding its skin! I can't wait until I venture out again and find other treasures.
Have you seen anything interesting in nature lately? If you draw a picture of it, you can share it with me. Or, leave a comment below about your findings.

Hey there, friends. If you're like me, sometimes you just get the urge to make something. It's calming, fun and as the artist, you even get to make your own rules. Try keeping some different materials in a basket or bin so that whenever you feel the need, you can get creative.
Some things you might include in your creative corner: Blank copy or construction paper Scrap paper remnants Glue stick Scissors (be safe!) Markers Craft paint or watercolors Paint brush Pencils (and a sharpener if you have one) Pens Crayons Some old magazines to make a collage Greetings, Bach students and families! I am so happy you found this Weebly site. In the coming weeks, I will be posting enriching art project ideas and inspiring things to help students find a creative outlet during these challenging times. Art is therapeutic and provides people with opportunities to make decisions, learn from making mistakes and discover more about themselves. I hope you take away something positive each time you visit this website and blog.
Happy artmaking. Sincerely, Mrs. Alseri |
